Release Date:06/23/2004
This simple script finds an intersection point of two lines in either 2D (on the same plane that is) or 3D. If intersection is found a single point is created at the intersection. If two lines exist in 3D and they do not intersect, two points are created defining the shortest line between the two lines. Each line is defined by two points which are not required to be a part of a polygon

Note: lines are treated as infinitely long and points defining them do not act as boundaries. There is no solution for parallel lines (2D or 3D)
